Getting the Perfect Sear
  1. Set your stovetop to medium flame (on a scale of 1-10 you want the flame at a 5)
  2. Lightly coat oven ready pan with olive oil
  3. Place meat on each side for 5 minutes 
  4. From the stovetop, place in oven for desired cooking time (varies depending on product)

**If you notice some smoke during the searing process (means oil is burning), dial down the temperature until it stops smoking and continue until 5 minutes is reached per side**
