Great with chicken, steak, crab cakes and more!

- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 4 tbs. of adobo sauce (the sauce that chipotle peppers are reserved in) Add more to taste to bring the heat!!
- 4 minced garlic cloves (or 1ish tbs. of minced garlic from jar)
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Mix all ingredients until the color is a night light red. Try making it a day or 2 before serving!
