Baked Cod Recipe:
- 1 lb. Cod
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. milk
- 4 tsp. butter or margarine melted
- Preheat oven to 540
- Grease 8x8x2 square baking dish
- Cut fish into 4 portions
- Combine bread crumbs and salt
- Dip fish in milk
- Coat with crumbs and place in prepared pan
- Drizzle melted butter and bake at 450 for 10 minutes
