Chicken Parmegania Recipe:
- Dip chicken cutlets into beaten eggs and coat with mixture of bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Coat a jelly roll pan with olive oil and place a layer cutlets on
- Bake at 375 until brown on one side and turn over
- Spoon a spoonful of tomato sauce over each cutlet and brown other side
- Place a baking pan and layer with sauce, grated cheese, and slice mozzarella.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
