Chicken Parmegania Recipe: 

  1. Dip chicken cutlets into beaten eggs and coat with mixture of bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. 
  2. Coat a jelly roll pan with olive oil and place a layer cutlets on 
  3. Bake at 375 until brown on one side and turn over
  4. Spoon a spoonful of tomato sauce over each cutlet and brown other side
  5. Place a baking pan and layer with sauce, grated cheese, and slice mozzarella. 
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
