Chili Recipe:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 chopped onion
- 2 cans (19 oz) dark kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomato
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 3-4 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 2 tsp. beef-flavored instant bouillon
- 2 tbs. vinegar
- Brown ground beef with onions in large saucepan until thoroughly cooked
- Drain
- Stir in all remaining ingredients, bring to boil
- Simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally
