Sausage & Peppers Recipe

  • 8 Sausages
  • 2 tbs. Boiling water
  • 1 tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs. Tomato Sauce
  • Salt 7 Pepper

 

  • 1 Whole Clove Garlic 
  • 1/2 c. Warm 
  • 4 Large Sweet Peppers sliced lengthwise 
  1. Place sausage in large deep frying pan with boiling water (2 oz.)
  2. Cook for a few minutes until water evaporates (turning often)
  3. Cover and brown (about 10 minutes)
  4. Remove and keep warm 
  5. Add olive oil and garlic and brown lightly
  6. Remove garlic and add peppers (cook for few minutes longer)
  7. Return sausage to pan 
  8. Cover and continue cooking until both are done
