Sausage & Peppers Recipe
- 8 Sausages
- 2 tbs. Boiling water
- 1 tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 tbs. Tomato Sauce
- Salt 7 Pepper
- 1 Whole Clove Garlic
- 1/2 c. Warm
- 4 Large Sweet Peppers sliced lengthwise
- Place sausage in large deep frying pan with boiling water (2 oz.)
- Cook for a few minutes until water evaporates (turning often)
- Cover and brown (about 10 minutes)
- Remove and keep warm
- Add olive oil and garlic and brown lightly
- Remove garlic and add peppers (cook for few minutes longer)
- Return sausage to pan
- Cover and continue cooking until both are done
