Salmon with Herb Mayonnaise Recipe
4 Salmon
1 tbs. Olive Oil
Salt (to your liking)
Herb Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. Dried Dill
- 1 tbs. Minced Parsley
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pepper (to your liking)
- Combine herb mayonnaise ingredients (refrigerate until serving)
- Place on oiled griller or broiler pan
- Brush with oil and grill or broil 10 minutes per inch of thickness
