Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw or over cook
Griddle: Place 2 skewers on 350 F. griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes and then turn. Cook on flipped side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 F. and place 2 skewers on un-greased baking pan. Bake for about 8-9 minutes
Pan Saute: Place 2 skewers into a large 10 inch skillet and preheat to medium temperature (325-350 F.). Cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Microwave (based on 900 watt oven): Place 2 skewers in microwave-safe dish. Cook 3-4 minutes on high and let stand for 1 minute before serving (cooking times may vary based on different microwaves).
