Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Place frozen fillets on a slight oiled sheet pan at 450 F for 14-18 minutes.
Pan Sauté Flat Grill: Preheat flat grill to 325 F (medium high heat) lightly greased cooking surface and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn fillets over halfway through cooking.
