Cooking Instructions:
Grill: Preheat and grill for 60-90 seconds on each side or until seared.
Pan Sauté: After applying seasoning place tuna and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side or until seared.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes.
NOTE: For best taste avoid over cooking.
