Cooking Instructions: Defrost pork chops. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of pork chop with salt and pepper. Heat an oven safe frying pan on the stove. Coat pan with butter and sear for 5 minutes each side then place in oven for 6-8 minutes.
