Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees and place crab cakes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Once your oven reaches 400, reduce to 375 and bake for 15-20 minutes (cooking time might vary)

Convection Oven: Preheat to 400 and place crab cakes on sheet of pan lined with parchment paper. Reduce temperate to 375 and bake for 13-15 minutes. (cooking time might vary)
