Wild caught jump lump wild caught crab meat with only and a quarter cup panko bread crumbs per 6 crab cakes (95% lump crab meat)

Cooking Instructions:

(From Frozen) 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat an oven safe pan on stove. Coat pan with butter
  3. Pan sear one side of crab cake for 2 minutes
  4. Flip crab cake over and put pan in oven for 15 minutes
